Therefore, grading seems to be a necessary step when faced with almonds of different sizes. However, our production line is equipped with an advanced three-stage almond cracker , which, by flexibly adjusting the roll gaps at each processing stage, is able to process almonds of different sizes at the same time without the need for cumbersome grading operations. With a maximum capacity of up to 800-2000 kg/hour and low almond crushing rate, this almond production line is ideal for processing almonds, peach kernels and many kinds of nuts.

Sorting Belt: As an important part of the almond production line, the sorting belt is responsible for removing impurities and unqualified products, ensuring the high quality of the final product.
