Common problems and solutions of peanut picking machine
In the peanut harvesting process, the peanut picking machine plays a crucial role. However, like any other machine, it may encounter some common problems that can affect its performance. By following these simple solutions, you can ensure that your peanut picking machine runs smoothly and effectively.
Common problems and solutions of peanut picking machine
1, Blocking of the drum. One of the most common issues with peanut picking machines is the blocking of the drum. When this happens, it is important to check the feeding amount, the moisture level of the peanut seedlings, the tightness of the motor v-belts, and the supply voltage. Additionally, the clearance between the hobbing and bottom of the screen should be adjusted if the machine cannot pick the peanuts completely. A too-large clearance can cause incomplete picking of peanuts.
2, Small peanut fruits being sucked out. In this case, adjusting the exhaust inlet is necessary. If there are too many debris, lower the exhaust inlet, and if small peanut fruits have been sucked out, up-regulate the exhaust inlet. These simple adjustments can solve the problem easily.
3, Unstable machine body. Machine vibration may be caused by different swings of the two excavation shovels in both ends of the machine or by the excavation shovel knocking against the rear apron. In this case, regulating the swing of the two excavation shovels by adjusting the length of the connecting rod is necessary. The connecting rod in front of the triangular belt takes charge of the adjustment of the left excavation shovel, and the connecting rod in the center of the two vertical shafts takes charge of the adjustment of the right excavation shovel.
4, Poor soil shaking. This refers to soil remaining on peanuts after harvesting. The reason for this is that the excavation shovel burrows too deep into the soil, decreasing the strength of swing. To solve this problem, adjust the length of the center pull rod to adjust the depth of excavation shovel into the soil. Shortening the length of the center pull rod can make the back-end of grid bar 3-5cm away from the ground.
5, Finally, too much peanut falling can be an issue with peanut picking machines. When this happens, it is important to take measures promptly. The falling of peanuts is mainly caused by too high a raise of excavation shovel, which can be adjusted by extending the length of the center pull rod.
