Heating process: in the drying process of peanuts, heat cycling of the host machine to the dryer starts. When the temperature in the drying room reaches the set value (eg. the temperature is set to 70°C), the peanut dryer stops heating. When the temperature in the drying room is lower than the set value (eg. the temperature is set to 65°C), the peanut dryer starts heating. Dehumidification system can be automatically controlled by the system according to the humidity of the drying room (eg. the humidity controller is set to 50%; the dehumidification time is set to 15 minutes, and the dehumidification fan is turned on for 1 minute to dehumidify. Then every 15 minutes, when the humidity exceeds 50%, the dehumidification fan starts for dehumidification; if the time has been to 15 minutes, but the drying room humidity is lower than 50%, the dehumidification fan is still in the closed state and does not dehumidify. After a period of time, when the humidity reaches 50%, the dehumidification fan will be turned on for 1 minute for dehumidification. Then, it will be turned off. After the dehumidification fan is turned off, the timing will be restarted for 15 minutes, and the humidity will be turned on again when the humidity exceeds 50%. It would repeat the cycle until reaching the drying requirements). The size of peanut dryer can be customized according to the customer’s actual drying volume.
