The bearing at both ends of the drum shaft should be checked timely, add butter or grease in time to prevent the bearing damage caused by the lack of oil. After working for 3000 hours of the motor and reducer, the bearing gland should be open or through pressure oil hole to fill with grease. The ash in the bottom of the machine should be cleaned timely to avoid the excessive accumulation that melting the grate bar.
