2. During the operation of peanut peeling machine, you should always pay attention to whether the speed, sound and temperature of the machine are normal. When one species is removed or one day’s homework is finished, you should stop the machine to check whether the bearings are overheated, and whether the fastening screws and key pins of various parts are loose. If any looseness is found, you should tighten them at any time, especially the high-speed parts, for example whether the upper and lower fan blades, especially the lower fan blades, are worn or broken, and whether the external reinforcing plates of the blades are worn or deformed. If any problems are found, you should repair or replace them in time.

3. After the processing season, conduct a major inspection of the machine. Check the operation and wear of each bearing; check whether the sieve bottom is deformed or cracked; check the abrasion of the sorting screen. After the inspection, repair the damaged part and remove dirt and residual peanuts from the machinery.

4. After the peanut peeling machine is used, remove the belt and store the machine in a dry warehouse. The removed belt should be hung on the indoor wall which is not exposed to the sun.
