Too early harvest of peanuts will affect the yield and quality; Harvesting too late, fruit dropping seriously, affecting the commercialization, and underground fruit leakage is easy to occur when mechanized operations are carried out.
(2) Uneven row spacing limits the applicability of peanut harvester.
Peanut harvesters on the market are mainly used for harvesting peanuts with fixed row spacing in a certain range. For plots with uneven row spacing, the applicability of peanut combine harvesters is limited.
(3) Soil moisture affects the development of mechanized harvesting.
In wet soil plots, mechanized operation has great resistance and power consumption, and impurity removal is easy to occur. In the plots with dry and hardened soil, mechanized harvesting results in more peanut leakage, which makes mechanical operation difficult.
(4) Choose peanut harvester reasonably.
Peanut harvesters on the market are mainly peanut digger machine and peanut combine harvesters, and harvesting machines should be selected according to the variety type, actual growth, soil and climate conditions.
