Peanut Butter Processing Line: The Core Equipment
The heart of our peanut butter production line lies in its meticulously selected equipment, each playing a crucial role in crafting the perfect peanut butter. Here’s a glimpse of the main equipment that comprises our production line:
1, Roaster: The process begins with roasting the peanuts at temperatures between 200-210°C for 20-30 minutes, infusing them with that irresistible roasted aroma.
2, Cooling Belt: After roasting, the peanuts are quickly cooled to prepare them for the subsequent steps.
3, Peeling Machine: The roasted peanuts are then sent to a peeling machine, where the red skin is efficiently removed. This process ensures the smooth texture of the final product.
4, Milling and Grinding: The peanuts go through a grinding process, first with a steel grinder and then with a colloid grinder, which yields a fine texture with a controlled fineness of below 7 micrometers.
5, Mixing: The peanut butter is then mixed to ensure homogeneity, with immediate cooling to maintain a temperature around 45°C.
6, Buffer Tank: This tank provides short-term storage while removing air from the peanut butter, maintaining its freshness.
7, Storage Tank: The peanut butter settles in the storage tank until its temperature reaches ambient levels.
8, Filling Machine: Finally, an automatic filling machine packages the peanut butter into various-sized containers, ready to delight consumers.

1, Roasting: batch roaster’s working temperature is 200-210 Cº within 20-30minutes. The batch roaster will bake some delicious smells.
2, Cooling: Peanut will be send cooling belt to cool.
3, Peeling: put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin, the double rollers will frication the red skin, the simple cyclone system will suck the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted and un-blanched peanut kernel is picked up by manual or mechanical. (It is matched with manual type conveyor in the quotation)
4, Grinding: Using steel grinder to make the first grinding; Using colloid grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7um; temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.
5, Cooling Mixing: make the butter more homogeneous and the butter through second grinding should be cooled immediately. The temperature should go down 45C.
6, Buffer Tank: Short time storage and take out the air from peanut butter
7, Storage tank: settling down in the storage tank till the temperature drop to air temperature.
8, Filling machine: Automatic filling machine, the finished peanut butter is packed into 200g/500g/1000g bott.

The main equipment of the production line are the oven, semi peeling machine, sorting belt, feeding machine, rough mill, mixing tank, pump, mixer, homogenizer, fine grinding mill, vacuum tank, cooling machine, filling machine and so on. It has the characteristics of line production with high mechanization degree, good reliability, full closed production and no pollution.
The roasting quality of peanut kernels directly affect the flavor and taste of product. Therefore, peanut kernels should be divided into three grades and roast respectively in order to avoid that small kernels are burnt while large kernels are not cooked. Next, the roasting temperature should be well controlled. If the temperature is too low, rich peanut fragrance can not be baked out and it is also a waste of time and energy; if the temperature is too high, it would make the peanut surface burnt. Tests show that roasting temperature of 150-155°C is preferred. Under this temperature, the roasting time is too short and product fragrance is not enough. Otherwise, the time would be too long and the product would be burnt. Generally, the peanuts are roasted well when the peanut surface changes from white to yellow and then into a light tan, and send out a thick smell of roasted peanuts without burnt flavour.
