1. When the power supply or motor of peanut peeling machine is connected, check whether the rotation direction is right. Feed materials into the peanut peeling machine when the machine runs faultlessly. Users shall not adjust the adjusting screw. Contact with the manufacturer immediately under special circumstances.
2. When adjusting the peanut peeling machine, look at the outflow of peanut. There should be no small peanut fruit flowing out. If there are small fruits, pad the bottom of the front leg in the discharging side up. The height of padding depends on the size and moisture of peanuts in order to make the peanuts discharged clean without small fruit.
3. There should be no overflow of peanuts in the feed hopper when feeding. Check whether there are small fruits effusion before shelling. Adjust the upper large fan and the wind strength (the wind is small when pressing down and large when lifting up). There should be no small fruit effusion.
4. Put the small fruits discharged into the second roller of peanut peeling machine for processing. Peanut peeling machine has automatic feeding and don't need to give out.
