When there is a glitch in the peanut picking machine, it is better to solve it by ourselves. For example, when the drum of peanut picking machine blocks, you should check the feeding amount, moisture of peanut seedling, tightness of motor v-belts, supply voltage, etc. The clearance between the hobbing and bottom of the screen should be adjusted when peanut picking machine can not pick the peanut completely. Too large clearance of the hobbing and sieve bottom is easy to cause incomplete picking of peanut. If there are too much debris contained in the kernels and part of small peanut fruits are sucked out, then you should adjust the exhaust inlet. Lower the exhaust inlet if there are too many debris; the exhaust inlet should be up regulated when small peanut fruits have been sucked out. Thus, the machine failure can be solved easily.
1) Unstable machine body. Machine vibration may be caused by different swing of the two excavation shovels in both ends of peanut picking machine or the excavation shovel may knock against the rear apron. At the moment, the swing of the two excavation shovels need to be regulated by adjusting the length of the connecting rod. The connecting rod in front of the triangular belt takes charge of the adjustment of the left excavation shovel, and the connecting rod in the center of the two vertical shafts takes charge of the adjustment of the right excavation shovel. When adjusting, uplift the peanut picking machine from the ground and make the tractor idling. Loose the lock nut of the connecting rod and adjust the corresponding connecting rod. Pay attention to the swing of the excavation shovels in double sides that the grid bars on both ends should not bump the protection. Lock the nut until the swing is synchronous.
2) Poor soil shaking. Poor soil shaking of peanut refers to the soil on the peanut does not shake off after harvesting. The reason is that excavation shovel burrows into the soil too deep so that the strength of swing decreases. The length of center pull rod can be adjusted to adjust the depth of excavation shovel into the soil. Shorten the length of the center pull rod to make the back-end of grid bar 3-5cm away from the ground.
3) Too much peanut falling. Peanut falls on the ground need to be picked up one by one. Thus, once peanut falling is found, measures should be taken timely. The falling of peanut is mainly formed due to too high raise of excavation shovel, which can be adjusted by the center pull rod. Contrary to the adjusting method of poor soil shaking, extending the length of the center pull rod can get rid of problem of peanut falling.
