KM small electric grain mill for home use is suitable for whole grains with the grinding fineness of 50-200 mesh and production capacity of 20-40 kg/h. The whole machine is made of stainless steel with luxury structure, low noise, fine grinding and no dust. The operation is simple and convenient. The weakness of the iron mill like rough appearance, loud noise, coarse grinding, hard to clean up and the shortage of electric power have been overcome. The food processed by the grain mill can meet the GMP food hygiene requirements.
The Electric Grain Mill is suitable for processing whole grains and traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the supermarkets, shopping malls and home, including sesame, peanut, walnut, rice, black rice, soybean, red bean, green beans, black beans, lotus seeds, corn, sorghum, barley, buckwheat, oats, almonds, etc.
The working principle and structure:
When the motor of KM small electric grain mill starts running, the connecting shaft and millstone connected with the shaft run together. The material is fed from the hopper into the grinding cover. The crushing force generated by the relative operation between the packing auger of millstone and grinding cover can grind the material into small particles, which would then be brought into the space between the two discs by the spiral movement of the auger. The relative operation of insection of the disc would make the material been crushed into fine powdery particles in a short period of time and flow out from grinding tooth ditch and thrown around, then bring down by the scraper on the millstone and flow out from the powder outlet.
This grain mill has an extra-large hopper and its high-powered motor and reliable pulverizer make any grinding task really easy and ultra-fast. For safe operation, the overload protector stops the machine from overheating and ensures a long working life.
The operation and adjustment of electric grain mill
1. The grain mill should be placed on the horizontal, fixed and solid desktop or table, solid wood is better.
2. Since the motor of the grain milling machine would continue to generate heat after running, thus the mill should be put in a spacious and ventilated place, which is advantageous to the heat dissipation and cooling. If the mill need to be placed in the counter or box for aesthetic considerations, the space should be as large as possible and equipped with exhaust ventilation holes and fans, especially in summer of high temperatures, it is likely to lead to higher temperature rise of the motor.
3. Open the machine cover and fix the millstone on the connecting shaft. Press with millstone with two thumbs, if the millstone can stretch freely, it shows that the millstone matches well with the connecting shaft. Then, cover the machine cover, twist the lock nut, connect the power and turn on the switch to check whether the mill is running in the specified direction and whether the sound and vibration are normal. If there is any abnormal sound or vibration, the operator should stop and check the machine until everything is normal, then the grain mill can be restarted.
4. Start the power supply and run for one minute or so. Feed the material into the hopper and adjust the regulator to the proper position and open the feeding baffle to make the material flows slowly into the grinding chamber. Open the baffle a little bit small so as not to feed too fast, resulting in machine blocking. Common material should be ground twice, coarse grinding for the first time and fine grinding for the second time.
The Electric Grain Mill is a workhorse in the kitchen. If you’re using processed flour, which includes additives and has been stripped of some or all of its nutrients, then your bread, even when made from scratch, won’t be the healthiest substitute you want for your family. The cleanest and grain mills for you to use are somewhat inexpensive and will do an excellent job of grounding the grain of choice. The Grinder has passed the stringent testing required to be certified by CE.
