1, Raw material processing
1). Dissolve the sugar with warm water of 60-70 ℃.
2). Mix the dry flour with baking soda and stir in the salt.

2, Frying

3, Material mixing
Add a bowl of white granulated sugar into the remaining sugar water and boil into syrup (keep around 300g of water).
