The customer from France purchased YZS-80 peanut oil press, walnut sheller and shell and kernel separator from our company on September 11th.
YZS-80 oil press is a screw oil press, which adopts screw-driving force to extract oil from various oil plants like rapeseed, canola, mustard, sunflower seeds, soybeans, etc. The oil press has the features of simple structure, easy installation, operation and maintenance. Both hot and cold pressing can be realized with the oil press. YZS-80 screw oil press is an ideal equipment for oil pressing plant of small and medium size and it can also be used for pre-press of some vegetable plants with high oil content.
The walnut sheller is mainly used for shelling dry walnut. The internal clearance can be adjusted flexibly according to the varieties and size specifications of walnut so as to achieve the best effect of shelling. Materials are fed from the upper hopper and shells and kernels can be separated after shelling, convenient for manual sorting and improve the work efficiency.
The shell and kernel separator is widely used in food processing industry and pretreatment process of oil production plants. It can save large amount of labor force and time and improve the working efficiency of the plant. It is an essential equipment in food processing plant.
